Flat $9.99 shipping ("Envío $9.99") on every order anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. No minimum, no exclusions.

Processing time

Orders are picked, authenticated, photographed, and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday begin processing on the next business day.

For each order, you receive an in-hand photo set ("Proof Pack") showing the actual pair you're being shipped, taken at our Bronx location before packaging. Proof packs are emailed to the address on the order.

Transit time

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, selected per destination for fastest delivery. Typical transit times:

• Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME): 1–3 business days
• Mid-Atlantic / Southeast: 2–4 business days
• Midwest: 3–5 business days
• South: 3–5 business days
• West Coast: 4–7 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI: 5–10 business days

Transit times begin the day the carrier picks up the package, not the day the order is placed. Weather delays, USPS service alerts, and peak-season backlogs may extend transit by 1–3 business days; we have no control over carrier-side delays once a package is in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically the moment your package is scanned in by the carrier. The same tracking number is visible on your order page on this site after sign-in. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of payment, please email info@sneakergangnyc.com.

Pickup option · Recogida

Local pickup is available in the Bronx by appointment. There is no charge for local pickup. To arrange, DM @sneakergangnyc on Instagram after placing the order, or email us with your order number. The exact pickup address is shared after confirmation.

International shipping

We currently do not ship internationally through this website. If you are outside the United States and want a quote, DM @sneakergangnyc with the pair you're after and your destination country, and we will reply with shipping options and a custom quote. International orders are handled outside the storefront on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check with neighbors and household members.
2. Check around the delivery location, including porches and side doors.
3. Contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) with the tracking number to file a service inquiry.
4. Email us at info@sneakergangnyc.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan if the package cannot be located.

For lost packages still in transit (not yet marked delivered), we file a trace with the carrier and, where eligible, an insurance claim. If the carrier cannot locate the package within 14 days of the trace open date, we will reship the same pair (subject to availability) or refund the order in full.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address at checkout carefully. We ship to the exact address you provide. Address changes after the order is placed must be requested by email within 1 hour of order placement and are not guaranteed. Once a package has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier as "address undeliverable," we will email you for an updated address. Reshipment requires a second shipping fee of $9.99. Orders not claimed for reshipment within 14 days are refunded minus the original $9.99 shipping charge.

Damage in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the box before opening and email the photos plus your order number to info@sneakergangnyc.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier on a damage claim and either replace the pair (if available) or refund the order in full.
